The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) has shared a total sum of ₦1.928 trillion as revenue generated in November 2025 among the Federal Government, state governments, and local government councils.
The allocation was approved at the FAAC meeting held in December 2025 in Abuja, with representatives of the three tiers of government in attendance.
According to the official breakdown, the distributable revenue comprised proceeds from statutory revenue, Value Added Tax (VAT), and the Electronic Money Transfer Levy (EMTL), among other sources.
From the total amount shared, the Federal Government, 36 states, and 774 local government councils received their respective statutory allocations in line with the approved revenue-sharing formula.
FAAC also disclosed that the revenue shared reflected collections recorded in November, noting variations in some revenue streams compared to the previous month due to economic activities and inflows.
The monthly FAAC allocation remains a critical source of funding for government operations at all levels, supporting salaries, infrastructure development, and the delivery of public services across the country.
