Ambassador Tokunbo Awolowo-Dosunmu, a prominent member of the Awolowo family, has expressed optimism about the future of the Yoruba people and Nigeria during a meeting with leaders of the Afenifere socio-political group.

While receiving the delegation at her residence in Ikenne, Awolowo-Dosunmu commended the leadership of Chief Reuben Fasoranti and highlighted her belief that the Yoruba community can continue to play a vital role in shaping the nation’s future. She stressed the importance of unity, education, and cultural values as key drivers for progress.

Awolowo-Dosunmu urged younger generations to embrace their heritage, uphold integrity, and contribute meaningfully to national development. She expressed confidence that, with collective effort, both the Yoruba people and Nigeria at large can overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
