Ooni Hosts Asake and Mother, Commends Him for Promoting Yoruba Culture Globally

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, recently hosted Nigerian music star Asake (Ahmed Ololade) and his mother at his palace in Ile‑Ife, Osun State.
During the visit, the monarch praised Asake for promoting Yoruba culture internationally through his music, style, and public persona. The reception featured traditional songs, drumming, and cultural performances, highlighting the rich heritage of the Yoruba people.
