NDLEA Intercepts Vehicle Loaded with Tramadol, Other Drugs in Niger State

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Niger State command, have intercepted a vehicle carrying large quantities of Tramadol and other controlled substances in Suleja Local Government Area.

According to the agency, the vehicle contained millions of Tramadol tablets, alongside other drugs including Diazafan, Ifnux tablets, and bottles of coding syrup. The occupants of the vehicle were arrested and are currently in NDLEA custody for further investigation.

The NDLEA described the interception as part of ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and narcotics distribution within the state and across Nigeria. Officials emphasized their commitment to ensuring a drug-free society and warned that those involved in the illegal drug trade would face strict legal consequences
