Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State, has announced that the state is fully prepared to receive President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on a state visit to inaugurate key government projects.

Governor Idris disclosed this while addressing supporters and stakeholders in the state, noting that the President is scheduled to visit Kebbi next week to commission several completed projects executed by his administration.

According to the governor, the President’s visit will also coincide with activities marking the internationally recognised Argungu Fishing and Cultural Festival, a major cultural event in the state.

He urged residents to come out in large numbers to welcome the President, describing the visit as a significant milestone for Kebbi State. The governor emphasized that the projects to be inaugurated reflect his administration’s commitment to infrastructure development and improved public services.

While details of the specific projects were not fully disclosed, officials indicated that the commissioned projects cut across critical sectors aimed at boosting economic growth and social development within the state.

President Tinubu’s visit is expected to draw political leaders, traditional rulers, and other dignitaries from across the country.
