The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, has expressed confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership, stating that anyone familiar with his background would understand that he is capable of addressing Nigeria’s challenges.

Oba Ladoja made the remarks during a courtesy visit to President Tinubu at the Aso Rock Villa in Abuja.

He highlighted the president’s achievements as former governor of Lagos State, saying they demonstrate Tinubu’s ability to tackle issues of national importance, including insecurity and economic management.

According to the Olubadan, Tinubu’s experience and governance record in Lagos State offer valuable lessons that can be applied at the national level to improve the country’s socio-economic landscape.

The traditional ruler also commended the president for engaging with various stakeholders and community leaders, describing such interactions as crucial for inclusive governance.

The visit and the Olubadan’s statements are part of ongoing interactions between the presidency and traditional institutions, aimed at promoting collaboration and national unity.
