The Edo State Government has dismissed allegations linking the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to the recent attack on the Benin City residence of former national chairman of the party, John Odigie-Oyegun.

The attack, which also reportedly affected the secretariat of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has sparked political tension in Edo State.
