Tiwa Savage Partners with Berklee College of Music to Train 100 Emerging Nigerian Music Creators

Nigerian superstar Tiwa Savage has launched the Tiwa Savage Music Foundation in partnership with her alma mater, the Berklee College of Music, to train 100 emerging music creators in Nigeria.
The initiative, titled “Berklee in Nigeria: Tiwa Savage Intensive Music Program,” will run from April 23–26, 2026 in Lagos.
It aims to equip aspiring musicians, producers, songwriters, sound engineers, and other creatives with world-class music education, mentorship, and practical industry experience.
The programme is fully funded, providing participants with expert-led workshops and hands-on training. While travel and accommodation are the responsibility of participants, the tuition and mentorship opportunities are completely covered.
This marks a first-of-its-kind partnership bringing Berklee faculty and global music expertise directly to West Africa, highlighting Tiwa Savage’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of African music talent.
