KPMG International has appointed Tola Adeyemi as the new Chief Executive Officer for KPMG One Africa, effective March 2026. The appointment places Adeyemi at the helm of the firm’s operations across the African continent.

Adeyemi succeeds the previous Africa CEO and will lead KPMG’s strategic initiatives in professional services, focusing on growth, governance, and innovation across its regional offices.

The appointment also strengthens KPMG’s leadership team in Africa, alongside other governance additions aimed at enhancing organizational oversight.
In a statement, KPMG said Adeyemi’s leadership is expected to drive continued growth and operational excellence, aligning the firm’s African operations with global standards and reinforcing its commitment to the region’s economic development.

This move highlights KPMG’s focus on consolidating leadership talent to navigate the evolving business environment in Africa.
