President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned to Nigeria following an official visit to the United Kingdom and is set to spend the Sallah holiday in Lagos State.
The President arrived in Lagos in the early hours of Friday, where he was received by top government officials and political associates. His return comes after a two-day state visit to the UK, during which he held high-level meetings aimed at strengthening diplomatic and economic ties.
According to sources, President Tinubu will observe the Eid-el-Fitr (Sallah) celebrations in Lagos, including participating in prayers at the Dodan Barracks.
The visit marks a continuation of the President’s engagement with both international partners and local stakeholders, as he balances foreign diplomacy with domestic responsibilities.
His presence in Lagos for the festive period is expected to attract political and public attention, as residents prepare to celebrate the end of Ramadan.
Further updates are expected as activities for the Sallah celebration unfold.
