The Nigerian Army has graduated a new batch of paratroopers following the successful completion of specialized airborne and combat training designed to enhance national security operations.

The graduation ceremony featured senior military officials who charged the newly trained personnel to apply their skills in addressing insecurity across various parts of the country.

According to the Army, the training focused on airborne operations, tactical combat readiness, discipline, and mission execution under complex operational environments.

Military authorities noted that the new paratroopers are expected to support counter-terrorism, anti-banditry, and other internal security operations requiring rapid deployment and precision tactics.

The Nigerian Army emphasized that continuous training and specialization remain key components of its strategy to improve operational effectiveness and respond to evolving security threats.

Officials also urged the soldiers to uphold professionalism, courage, and commitment in carrying out their duties in line with national security objectives.

As of the time of filing this report, the newly graduated troops are expected to be deployed to various operational theatres across the country.
