Sanwo-Olu Endorses Hamzat as Preferred Successor for 2027 Lagos Governorship

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has endorsed his deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, as his preferred successor ahead of the 2027 governorship election in the state.
The endorsement reportedly took place during a closed-door meeting held at Lagos House, Marina, where key political stakeholders were present. During the meeting, Hamzat formally declared his intention to contest for the governorship position in the upcoming election.
