A medical doctor, identified as Dr. Ere Ogbachi, has reportedly died following complications after delivering triplets in Bayelsa State.

According to reports, the doctor gave birth at the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital, where the delivery was said to be successful. However, she later developed serious medical complications.

She was subsequently transferred to the Federal Medical Centre Yenagoa for further treatment, where she sadly passed away.

Family sources confirmed the incident, which has since sparked reactions across the medical community and the public, with many expressing condolences and concern over maternal health challenges.

The condition of the triplets has not been widely detailed, but they were reported to have been delivered alive.
