President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reportedly ordered intensified rescue operations following the abduction of school children, with security agencies deploying special teams to support efforts aimed at securing their safe release.

According to reports, the Federal Government has also sent officials to affected communities to assess the situation, engage local leaders, and provide support to families impacted by the incident.

Government representatives who visited the communities expressed concern over the abduction and assured residents that authorities were working closely with security agencies to ensure the victims are rescued safely.

The intervention comes amid growing public concern over recurring cases of kidnapping and attacks on schools in parts of the country.

Security agencies are said to be carrying out coordinated operations, including intelligence gathering and surveillance, to track the abductors and secure the release of the victims.

Community leaders reportedly appealed to the government to sustain rescue efforts and strengthen security measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
